My latest restaurant experience was at Big Bear Brewery. My favorite thing to get there is Beer Muenster Cheese soup It is served in a French bread bowl and it is made with the restaurants own grizzly bear beer. It is the best! My favorite part about the soup is that you can rip pieces of the bread bowl and dip it in the soup. Yum! The soup itself is still delicious. It is thick and creamy! If you like a good thick cheese soup then this is the dish for you! (Don't worry alcohol wears off when you cook it!)
